We will send you a reminder once order has been made, and you will receive your tracking number once the good dispatch. You may track your order via our tracking page or contact our sales representative.
Would there be charges incurred if I missed the delivery?
Yes. There would be a S$30 reattempt delivery charge.
I wish to self collect, can the delivery charge be waived?
Yes. Upon Checkout, choose the self-collection option to have the delivery charges waived.
Can I cancel my order?
